ho un dubbio sull'effetto di muro dimensionale

quando l'avversario attacca riceve il danno da combattimeto al posto mio

ma l'effetto vale sia per un attacco diretto ai LP e sia per una battaglia contro un mostro o solo per una battaglia contro un mostro?
