ma si può usare level up sul 7 ed evocare specialmente il 10?

No invece... questo è il testo di level up:

Send 1 face-up monster on your side of the field that has "LV" in its card name to the Graveyard to activate this card. Special Summon the monster that is written in the card text of that monster from your hand or Deck, ignoring the Summoning conditions.

Nel testo del livello 7 non si parla di livello 10, per cui non puoi usare level up per evocarlo.

Per fare un esempio, è come l'evocazione del neo dedalo del mazzo acqua... tributi il 7 sul terreno ed evochi il 10.

scusate ma non mi è chiara una cosa: con livello superiore posso evocare il lv 7 se ho il 5 sul terrreno, giusto? ma se ho il 3 posso passare direttamente al 7?
