E' il deck chiamato "Rigged elections" vince con questa carta e con le tech create da Cosmic radiations:
Rigged elections : Plot twist,1
Ongoing Exhaust an Arkham inmates charecter you control-->Put a ballot counter on Rigged election. If there are 25 or more ballot counters on Rigged elections, you win the game.
Deck control che cmq non vince un granchè...e poi sinceramente non mi piace
